No, we do not offer laundry services. However, guests can use a nearby laundry called Speed Queen, located at Calle Velarde, 28, 35010 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Las Palmas.

From the airport, you have two main options: taxi or bus. For a taxi, you can contact LAP Taxi Aeropuerto via phone or WhatsApp. If you prefer to take the bus, first board the blue bus from the airport to San Telmo. Once you arrive at San Telmo, exit the bus station and look for the yellow buses. Take yellow bus number 17 and get off at the La Fosforera stop, which is located right outside the red store, SuperCore. After that, simply head three streets north towards the beach, and you will find KYO Hostel. The blue bus costs around €5, and you can pay by tapping your card at the ticket machine on the bus. The yellow bus costs approximately €2, and has the same method of payment.

Our reception is available from 9 AM to 9 PM. During these hours, we are accessible for any assistance you may need, but please note that there is no one continuously stationed at the desk. Instead, we recommend contacting us via WhatsApp, which we will provide upon your arrival, or reaching out through email for any late check-in arrangements or inquiries. We’re here to ensure your stay is smooth, so just let us know how we can help!

If you’re arriving after 9 PM or late at night, please let us know in advance. We’d appreciate it if you could contact us via WhatsApp or email at least one day before your arrival, or early on the same day. Although the reception is not continuously staffed, we will provide you with instructions to ensure a smooth check-in. We’re here to make your stay as comfortable as possible, so just share your estimated arrival time with us.
